Ms. Johnson has 15 years of experience in the water treatment and infrastructure industry. Her prior positions included Director of Applications Engineering for an underground water infrastructure company. Her strong background and experience includes group management, engineering, technical support, and project management. Her extensive knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, water infrastructure, distribution systems, and environmental water issues as well as air treatment. A graduate of Oregon State University, Ms. Johnson holds a BS in Chemical Engineering supplemented with additional studies in organizational management, finance, regulatory compliance, safety, and human resources.
Robert Craw Vice President of Business Development
With over 27 years of experience in the water, wastewater, and environmental industries, Mr. Craw’s knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, underground water conveyance infrastructure, and filtration and treatment media applications. He held positions managing operations, services, and marketing functions at several national firms including: Underground Solutions Inc., Purolite, and Siemens/US Filter Corporation. He had direct involvement in equipment design, fabrication, installation, and startups as well as supporting and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies within his areas of responsibilities.
Mr. Craw holds a BA in Environmental Studies and has completed coursework in contracts/negotiations, environmental regulations, health and safety, and business development/marketing. He is a veteran having served overseas in the United States Army with the 2nd Armored Division receiving an honorable discharge upon completion of this service.
As the Vice President of Development, Mr. Craw has responsibility for all critical aspects of business, including market development, strategic planning and key client management and contract negotiations.
Charles Wells Vice President and Principal
With over 35 years of experience in the water, wastewater, and environmental treatment industries, Mr. Wells’ extensive knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water, wastewater treatment systems, oil field production waters, plant utilities, and environmental water issues as well as air treatment. Mr. Wells has held positions from field engineering to senior executive at leading national firms including: US Filter Corporation, Envirocon, Westinghouse, IT Corp/OHM and Combustion Engineering. He has directly managed operations, services, technical, and sales while overseeing branch service units, manufacturing facilities, and corporate business units. He provided guidance and administered compliance policies for health and safety for all areas of responsibility. Mr. Wells is a veteran, honorably discharged from the United States Army, and currently serves on the CAL VET Advisory Council for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises.
