Ms. Gerdes brings a strong background in Plant Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Her prior positions include: Plant Manager, Manufacturing/Process Engineering and Project Management. She has developed and directed plant operating processes achieving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Client Satisfaction for a host of product lines. A graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, from University of Redlands, Ms. Gerdes also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chris Perry Manufacturing Manager
Mr. Perry has more than 30 years of industry experience in the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and installation of water filtration and treatment systems. He has performed or overseen every aspect of system manufacture producing both large field erected and smaller standard treatment systems. Mr. Perry’s extensive knowledge base includes manufacture of water and vapor treatment systems, complex piping configurations, all welding/fabrication processes, preparation methods, coatings and integrity/quality assurance. He is well versed in procedures to support modifications/assembly while ensuring accuracy of fabrication and schedules. He manages resources and material both internal and external to meet delivery schedules. He has developed, maintained and enforced safety policies for both manufacturing and installation locations by using JSAs, LPO, etc. Mr. Perry works closely with clients and all stakeholders in ensuring safe outcomes for all projects.
Sam Yearby Field Services Manager
Mr. Yearby has more than 25 years of industry experience in the construction, installation, and maintenance of water filtration and treatment systems. He has performed or overseen every aspect of system troubleshooting, repairs and optimization for large complex field erected and smaller standard treatment systems.
His extensive knowledge base includes quality assurance and control of large water treatment systems, discrete treatment technologies and associated equipment. He has direct experience in the planning and leading teams responsible with mobilization, installation, operation, and repair at project locations nationally of technologies including: chem feed, IX, mixed media, particulate filtration, GAC, etc.
Mr. Yearby works closely with project management and clients to ensure that expectations are met or exceeded. He oversees all aspects of the field service process to ensure that cost effectiveness, constructability, quality, and safety requirements are reached through project completion/hand-off. He manages resources and material both internal and external to meet system start-up and operational performance requirements. He maintains the highest standards for safety. He maintains and enforces safety policies for installation and start-up locations by using JSAs, LPO, etc. This includes program compliance, tailgate safety, and training in accordance with job site requirements. He has worked closely with clients and all stakeholders in ensuring safe outcomes for all projects.
