With over 29 years of experience in the water, wastewater, and environmental industries, Mr. Craw’s knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, underground water conveyance infrastructure, and filtration and treatment media applications. He held positions managing operations, services, and marketing functions at several national firms including: Underground Solutions Inc., Purolite, and Siemens/US Filter Corporation. He had direct involvement in equipment design, fabrication, installation, and startups as well as supporting and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies within his areas of responsibilities.
Mr. Craw holds a BA in Environmental Studies and has completed coursework in contracts/negotiations, environmental regulations, health and safety, and business development/marketing. He is a veteran having served overseas in the United States Army with the 2nd Armored Division receiving an honorable discharge upon completion of this service.
Matt Boeh Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Boeh brings 20 years of results-driven leadership experience that spans across operational, business development and sales positions in the water industry. He most recently served as Vice President and General Manager at UGSI Chemical Feed, Inc., where he led the company to record profitability, motivated teams to peak levels of performance, and spearheaded the development of a robust suite of business systems.
Sarah Johnson Vice President of Engineering
Ms. Johnson has 17 years of experience in the water treatment and infrastructure industry. Her prior positions included Director of Applications Engineering for an underground water infrastructure company. Her strong background and experience includes group management, engineering, technical support, and project management. Her extensive knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, water infrastructure, distribution systems, and environmental water issues as well as air treatment. A graduate of Oregon State University, Ms. Johnson holds a BS in Chemical Engineering supplemented with additional studies in organizational management, finance, regulatory compliance, safety, and human resources.
Andy Sterling Vice President of Sales
With more than 16 years of experience, Mr. Sterling brings a knowledge base in water industry leadership, including technical sales roles at UGSI Solutions and GE Water & Process Technologies, Analytical Instruments. His extensive experience has proven success driving revenue growth with capital equipment and professional services. Mr. Sterling holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. As the Vice President of Sales, Mr. Sterling has responsibility for critical aspects of business, including market development, day to day leader for all sales-related functions including inbound sales, outbound sales, sales development, and sales enablement.
Stephanie Schanher Vice President of Human Resources
Schanher has a wealth of experience in management and organizational leadership. From developing and communicating internal processes and programs to spearheading acquisition integration, Schanher brings a strategic approach that aligns closely with the values upheld by AV.
