​Dr. Mirka Wilderer
President and CEO

Dr. Mirka Wilderer is recognized as one of the leading female executives in the water industry with deep experience in corporate strategies, business transformation, and cross-functional leadership in global organizations. Mirka is a seasoned executive with two decades of experience in the water industry.

Prior to Aqueous Vets, Mirka was the CEO of De Nora Water Technologies​. Mirka started her career at Siemens AG as strategy consultant and held management positions in Germany, China, Thailand, Indonesia, the United States and South Africa.

She is known as a “get-things-done” executive that inspires leaders to translate bold strategies into agile action plans that accelerate the execution of transformative strategic initiatives to rapidly scale enterprise value. Her personal mission is to lead business transformation by tapping into the individual strengths and talents of all employees to generate sustainable benefits for the greater good of society.
​​​​Creighton Bowsher
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Creighton brings over 20 year of experience managing finance and accounting activities as an executive in government contracting, defense and aerospace, and international markets. Creighton is a collaborative and innovative leader with a proven track record improving company performance and processes while supporting fast-paced growth - experience transitioning companies to ERP systems as well as working with PE-backed businesses.

Creighton lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife and two kids. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Sarah Johnson
Vice President of Applications Engineering

Sarah has 17 years of experience in the water treatment and infrastructure industry. Her prior positions included Director of Applications Engineering for an underground water infrastructure company. Her strong background and experience includes group management, engineering, technical support, and project management. Sarah's extensive knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, water infrastructure, distribution systems, and environmental water issues as well as air treatment. ​A graduate of Oregon State University, Sarah holds a BS in Chemical Engineering supplemented with additional studies in organizational management, finance, regulatory compliance, safety, and human resources.
Andy Sterling
Vice President of Sales

With more than 16 years of experience, Andy brings a knowledge base in water industry leadership, including technical sales roles at UGSI Solutions and GE Water & Process Technologies, Analytical Instruments. His extensive experience has proven success driving revenue growth with capital equipment and professional services. He holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.

As the Vice President of Sales, Andy has responsibility for critical aspects of business, including market development, day to day leader for all sales-related functions including inbound sales, outbound sales, sales development, and sales enablement.
​T.J. Westerhaus
Vice President of Sales Operations

T.J. brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. With a strong background in Marketing and Sales, he is poised to make a significant impact on our team and contribute to our continued growth.

As Vice President, Sales Operations, T.J. will assume the pivotal responsibility of driving lead generation, bolstering our marketing strategy, and overseeing the Channel Partner program in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams, all aimed at achieving our collective objectives.
​Stephanie Schanher
Vice President of People Management

Stephanie has a wealth of experience in management and organizational leadership. From developing and communicating internal processes and programs to spearheading acquisition integration, she brings a strategic approach that aligns closely with the values upheld by AV.  
​Richard (Bo) Botteicher, PE
Vice President of Execution

Richard is an experienced, analytical business leader with sales and marketing, operational, project management, engineering, and P&L experience that has worked to build products, services, and brands in the water and wastewater markets of North America over the last 20+ years.

Richard started his career as a civil design consultant, focused primarily on the movement and treatment of water for municipal clients. He then held progressive roles of responsibility with a new and existing buried infrastructure solutions products and services provider, including engineering, sales, product management, and full business unit management duties. Most recently, he led new market development for a small, specialty buried infrastructure consultancy.

Richard has participated in all phases of municipal projects – marketing, sales, condition assessment, feasibility, design, project management, and project delivery for municipal and private clients often results in risk reduction measures being implemented. His in-depth organizational management experience from project level to full business profit and loss responsibility allows him to provide a full-spectrum view of a project as it relates to each of the project participants, with a key focus on mutual project success.
​Daniel H. Funk, Esq.
Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager for AqueoUS Vets, Daniel leverages his experience in federal procurement, litigation, and mediation to oversee the process of contract review and engage in negotiations with customers. Prior to AqueoUS Vets, Daniel worked on the contingency response to the US Navy Red Hill Aquifer Contamination, US Navy PFAS remediation efforts in Japan, and certification of the on-site US Navy water lab in Cuba. He also served as lead contracts POC, directly supporting and managing a team of commercial and defense contract professionals spanning the US and Europe. Daniel has worked alongside the US Navy, Department of Health, and EPA officials on water treatment actions supporting US environmental issues at home and abroad.
​Conrad Hopp
Manager, Strategic Initiatives

As Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Conrad supports the AqueoUS Vets CEO in four main capacities: planning and alignment, strategic partnerships and corporate development, strategic projects, and direct support. Conrad brings a deep understanding of the emerging contaminants market to the position and has a proven track record of success leading the Advisory Services team at BlueTech Research, a global provider of water technology market intelligence. Prior to his time at BlueTech Research, Conrad co-founded an advanced wastewater treatment company where he led operations, business development, and successfully raised venture capital for R&D efforts.
