His extensive experience has proven success driving revenue growth with capital equipment and professional services. Andy holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. As the Vice President of Sales, Andy is responsible for critical aspects of business, including market development and day-to-day leadership for all sales-related functions, including inbound sales, outbound sales, sales development, and sales enablement.
Kelsey Hakes Sales & Business Development Engineer: Southwest Division
Kelsey has more than 10 years of experience in the water treatment, environmental, and oil and gas industries. Her extensive knowledge base includes: municipal and industrial water systems, GAC and ion exchange media, process control engineering, and application metallurgy. Previous positions included account management, business development, and engineering design at Evoqua Water Technologies and Control Components Inc. Kelsey had direct involvement with specification and solution development, technical trainings, and aftermarket services. As Business Development Engineer, Kelsey will be responsible for all critical aspects of the business including market development, strategic planning, and key client management covering California and Arizona.
A graduate of the University of California Irvine, Kelsey holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science Engineering. She is a member of the CA-NV AWWA Women’s Leadership Committee.

Tammy is the Account Representative for AV's underground municipal market. She has more than 22 years of experience in sales and account servicing with over 5 years in construction sales. Tammy’s past work has involved new product development, building and expanding client relationships, and providing civil construction site support when needed. Tammy is known for her follow through and persistence to ensure customers receive their orders when needed while meeting the project specifications.
Bob Bergsgaard Sales & Business Development Engineer: Midwest Division
With over 34 years of experience in the water treatment market, Bob brings a broad knowledge in project management, operations, service, and various positions within the equipment sales and rental business. His most recent position as Business Development Manager was with Evoqua Water Technologies. Bob's water treatment knowledge, desire to build excellent relationships with clients, provide creative problem solving, hard work, excellent customer service skills, and leadership have provided customers with cradle to grave project success for clients throughout the US, Canada and abroad for many, many years. Bob's territory includes IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, ND, OK, SD, and WI.
As Business Development Engineer, Bob will be responsible for all critical aspects of the business including market development, strategic planning, and key client management covering the Midwest.
Eric Russo Sales & Business Development Engineer: Northeast Division
Eric has more than 10 years of experience in the water treatment industry partnering with municipal, power generation, industrial, healthcare, and institutional clients across the Northeast. His extensive application experience includes pretreatment (GAC, RO, and ion exchange media), wastewater, boiler, cooling, water management plans, and chemical feed equipment automation. Most recently, Eric was the New England Sales Manager with Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (formerly Suez) where he would survey, design, implement, and maintain comprehensive water treatment programs to optimize operational performance, meet client strategic goals, mitigate risk, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
As a Sales & Business Development Engineer, Eric will be responsible for all critical aspects of the business including market development, strategic planning, and key client management. Eric's territory includes CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT.
Eric holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of New Hampshire and an MBA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts. He is a Certified Water Technologist through AWT.
Domenic Argentieri Sales & Business Development Engineer: Mid-Atlantic Division Domenic has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental services industry including water treatment, waste disposal and consulting services within the municipal and industrial markets. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and operations with Evoqua Water Technologies, Veolia North America, and Chemical Waste Management.
As a Sales and Business Development Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic Division, Domenic's territory includes DC, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and WV. He is responsible for market development, strategic planning, and supporting our customers by providing water treatment equipment and service solutions. Domenic has a strong desire to develop long term relationships which lead to becoming a trusted advisor to his customers. Domenic has a BS from Rutgers University and resides in New Jersey.
John Mendenhall Sales & Business Development Engineer: Pacific Northwest Division John serves as the Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest Division with AqueoUS Vets, leveraging his technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities, provide assistance in project planning, and takeoffs and serve as the primary contact for all customer accounts.
John brings over 25 years of sales and business development expertise to AV. He most recently led strategic sales campaigns, with a specialized focus on the HPI/CPI and Data Center Markets, championing innovative treatment processes and solutions for water/wastewater recycle reuse applications.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Washington State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Puget Sound. His interdisciplinary background equips him with a unique perspective and the skill set needed to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
Dane Pawela Inside Sales Manager As an Inside Sales Manager for AqueoUS Vets®, Dane works closely with customers to analyze their needs and product usage to develop estimates for non-code and ASME code pressure tanks, tank fittings, and interior/exterior coatings.
Dane’s career in the water industry began when he joined Dixie Tank in 2017. Since then, he’s provided dedicated service to support the needs of the company’s growing customer base. Following AV’s acquisition of Dixie Tank, Dane seamlessly transitioned to our team. His problem-solving skills, product expertise, and industry knowledge, matched with his ability to build lasting relationships, make him an invaluable asset to AV and our customers.
